SCIM

This topic is only relevant if you want to provision users from Entra ID to WorkZone, and you do not replicate users from on-premises Active Directory (AD).

SCIM provisioning

On the SCIM provisioning page, you can manage secret tokens for use in the Entra enterprise application. You can create a new token or revoke all existing tokens.

When you have generated a new token, you can copy and paste it into the Entra enterprise application that is used for provisioning users from Entra ID to WorkZone.

Change SCIM prefixes

When you configure a SCIM provisioning, the default prefix for security groups, access groups, and profiles are WZ_SEC_, WZ_ACC_, and WZ_PRO_. See Provision Entra ID to WorkZone in the WorkZone Cloud Installation and Operations Guide.

On the Change SCIM prefixes page, you can change the default prefixes, for example, if you want to support multiple WorkZone instances in the same Entr, you can change the prefixes to reflect each specific WorkZone instance.

Change the prefix

1. On the start page, select Services > SCIM prefixes.
2. Click Edit.
3. Change the prefix.
4. Click Save.
