Change approval deadline
It is now possible to change the approval deadline. When you open the Start mass dispatch dialog, the Approval deadline field on the Recipients tab may be prefilled with a deadline, if your organization has defined a default deadline. You can change the suggested deadline before you start the mass dispatch.

Upgrade from 2024.4 to 2024.5
As of 2024.5, WorkZone Mass Dispatch no longer supports sending messages to NgDP using the e-Boks dispatcher. To continue sending messages to NgDP, please switch to using an NgDP dispatcher.

Send mass dispatches via Strålfors
The Mass dispatch process now supports sending letters via Strålfors when it's not possible to send letters via Digital Post. If a dispatch fails or a recipient is not subscribed to Digital Post, the Mass dispatch process will send the letter via Strålfors.

A warning icon 
is now shown in the Completed and canceled and Errors and warnings lists in WorkZone Client and in the Processes overview next to mass dispatch processes that have been completed but some recipients have not received the letter due to errors.

Mass dispatch supports the NgDP dispatcher
Mass dispatch now supports use of the NgDP dispatcher. As of the 2024.0 release, you must use the NgDP dispatcher instead of the e-Boks dispatcher.
Send multiple letters to the same recipient
The guide now contains a topic that describes how you can configure WorkZone to send multiple letters to the same recipient in one dispatch.

Generate individual history documents in CSV format
You can now specify if you want the mass dispatch process to generate history documents for each individual dispatch in CSV format by turning on the new parameter GenerateIndividualReports. Previously, the mass dispatch process always generated individual history documents.

Send PDF/UA compliant letters
You can now send PDF/UA compliant letters in a mass dispatch. In the Start mass dispatch dialog, you can select the PDF/UA (Universal Accessibility) check box, and when you start the Mass dispatch process, the letter template and the generated letters will be checked for PDF/UA compliance before the letters are sent to recipients.

Save sent messages on an existing case if no case is specified in the recipient list
You can now save sent letters on a default case if there are no cases mapped to recipients in the Cases sheet in the recipient list.
In the Start mass dispatch dialog, go to the Recipient cases tab, select the Save sent messages on an existing case check box, and select a case.
