Contact update - CPR module: GDPR compliance
To ensure compliance with GDPR regulation as specified by Datatilsynet (The Danish Data Protection Agency), a new default setting, Only update contacts on open cases, has been introduced. When this setting is enabled, CPR contacts will only be synchronized if they are parties on open cases.
You can disable the setting to synchronize all contact information regardless of whether the cases are open or closed, thereby maintaining the previous behavior.

Support of CPR citizenship
The CPR Contact lookup and Contact Update modules now synchronize citizenship data from Datafordeler. The citizenship information is imported as contact information. To view a contact's citizenship in WorkZone Client, go to the Information tab on the contact. If a person holds multiple citizenships, each citizenship with the status "Aktuel" (current) will be shown on the Information tab.
Synchronization of marital status and separation date
The CPR Contact lookup and Contact Update modules now support synchronization of marital status (civilstand) and separation date (separationsdato) from Datafordeler.
Marital status
The marital status is imported as contact information. To view a contact's marital status in WorkZone Client, go to the Information tab on the contact. To view the date when the marital status was updated, go to the Dates tab. The Civstand.fra field shows the date of the marital status.
Separation date
To see the start date of the separation, go to the Dates tab. The Separation date from field shows the date of the separation. The separation date will be removed when it is no longer active, either due to expiration or divorce.

Schedule CVR synchronization
You can now set up when to run synchronizations of CVR companies and production units in WorkZone Configurator. Previously, it was only possible to configure the synchronization schedule via environment variables at deployment.

Support of new CVR industry codes
The CVR update module now supports synchronization of new industry codes from Datafordeler introduced early 2025. Industry codes are imported as contact information.
Support of SOR
WorkZone now supports synchronization of contact data from Sundhedsvæsenets Organisations Register (SOR) , the Danish healthcare sector's organization register. When the SOR integration is enabled and configured, SOR contact data will automatically synchronize with WorkZone contacts of the type H SOR unit. The synchronization ensures that new contacts are created and existing contacts are updated in WorkZone.

New SOR contact type
As part of the SOR integration, a new H SOR unit contact type is available for SOR contacts.

Status information for CVR companies and production units
CVR contact synchronization now includes status information for CVR companies and production units. On the Information tab of a CVR or production unit contact, a new CVR status field indicates whether the contact is active or inactive.
If the status is inactive, for example, if a company has closed, the last used address will include an end date. To send physical letters either with remote print or local print using SmartPost, you must add an address. For this purpose, an empty active address is added. SmartPost can still send digital messages with the empty address if the CVR number is registered in Digital Post.

WorkZone now integrates directly with Datafordeler. KMD Logic is no longer used.
Revised guide
This guide has been revised to only cover CPR and CVR features that run in WorkZone Cloud Edition and in a container-based (Azure AKS) setup. Please refer to the 2024.0 version of this guide for on-premises (non-container-based setup) documentation. See Contact lookup and synchronization guide.

Contact lookup and Contact update (CPR/CVR) modules
The new CPR/CVR Contact lookup and Contact update modules are now available for WorkZone Cloud Edition with container-based (Azure AKS) setup.
- Contact lookup (CPR/CVR): works with WorkZone Cloud Edition with container-based (Azure AKS) setup.
- Contact update - CPR: works with WorkZone Cloud Edition with container-based (Azure AKS) setup.
- Contact update - CVR: works with WorkZone Cloud Edition with container-based (Azure AKS) setup or with the on-premises WorkZone installations.
The new Contact lookup and Contact update modules replace the old CPR Integration/CVR Integration and CVR Update modules. See About contact lookup and About contact update.
Note that you can enable Contact lookup - CPR and CVR for both public-sector companies/administrations and private companies. Contact update - CPR is not yet supported for private companies.
Aligned CPR/CVR feature settings
The feature settings under Client and Content Server in WorkZone Configurator have been aligned and renamed to help selecting the feature settings that match the CPR/CVR modules that you use.
