Track and monitor processes in the Processes Overview

In the Processes Overview, employees in a ministry can get an overview of the processes that take place in the entire ministry or on department/unit level. Individual employees can see the processes that they are part of and can act on tasks directly from the overview. The overview shows active, pending, completed, and canceled processes. Using the example in this guide, a ministerial secretariat can, for example, monitor a ministry's pending ยง20 questions (see Common processes).

From the overview, users can perform a number of actions such as view the tasks of a process and their states, perform actions on own tasks, cancel and restart processes, act on behalf of another user, take ownership of processes. A user can customize the overview to only show information about the processes and tasks that the user has an interest in.

The Processes Overview can be opened from Microsoft Outlook or in an Internet browser.
