View process logs and history
Users can see actor responses to a process in the process log of each task that is part of a process and in the process history document that is generated when the process is completed.
Process log
The process log in a user task shows the done, pending, and future actions, relevant dates such as the task deadline, and comments from previous actors.
History document
The history document will be saved on the case that the process is started from. The history document provides a summary of the actions that were executed during the process, who executed them, and when. You can open the process history document like any other case document from any WorkZone client.
Users can see the process log in user tasks and in history documents on the cases that the processes were started from.
