Customize WorkZone One
You can customize WorkZone One according to your needs. Your customization possibilities depend on your access rights.
Any user can:
- Configure their personal dashboard (that is, add or remove the displayed widgets, rearrange the dashboard layout, and configure individual widgets). See Configure the dashboard and Configure a widget.
- Configure which columns are displayed in lists on their personal dashboard, and on the case, document, and contact pages. See Add or remove columns displayed in a list.
Additionally, users with the CONFIGADM access rights can configure WorkZone One for the whole organization. This includes:
- User dashboards (that is, they can add or remove the displayed widgets, rearrange the dashboard layout, and configure individual widgets. See Configure the dashboard and Configure a widget.
- Case, document, or contact pages (that is, the page layout and meta data fields for each case category, contact type, and document type). See Configure a case, document, or contact page.
- Fields in the entity creation dialog (for example, in the Create case dialog). See Configure fields in the Create new entity dialog (for admins).
