Delivery codes Public 360 SIF

To clarify the connection between Interact, API for SIF and Public 360, we have structured the information in the table below. The integration supports defining the following metadata:

Case

Case type	GetCases-CaseType (when retrieving case on contact reference number) CreateCase-CaseType (when creating a new case)	Code value or recno on the case type you are going to use (only relevant if you have several case types in 360 °). Example "recno: 2" or name of the case type, for example "Case"
Case status	CreateCase-Status	Status of the case. For example B or A for Under Treatment or Completed, respectively
Journalenhet	CreateCase-JournalUnit	Recno or name of the journal unit. You can find recno / name of this in the code table Noark Journal Unit in red admin. If you do not have more than one record keeping unit in your company, this does not need to be filled in. Then the journal unit with recno 60001 will be filled in automatically
Archive section	CreateCase-SubArchive	Recno or name of the archive section. This can be found in the code table Noark Subarchive in red admin. If you do not select anything, the archive section with recno 60001 (Case Archive) will be filled in automatically
Case manager unit	If you have written a 6-digit number then it is called ResponsibleEnterpriseRecno. If you have entered text, it is first called on GetEnterprises, and then we get recno in return for hits. This is further used in ResponsibleEnterpriseRecno.	Recno or device name. Example of recno: 200205
Case manager	If you have written a 6-digit number then it is called ResponsiblePersonRecno. If you have entered text, it is first called on GetContactPersons, and then we get recno in return for hits. This is further used in ResponsiblePersonRecno.	Recno or name of responsible person. Access code	CreateCase-AccessCode	The access code for the case, e.g. U or UO
Paragraph	CreateCase-Paragraph	The paragraph associated with the access code. The paragraph is written in its entirety, e.g. "Offl §13 fvl §13". NB! Only relevant if the access code is other than U. Must be exactly the same as a paragraph in the code table "Law" in 360°
Access group	CreateCase-AccessGroup	Name or recno of the access group to be used. If no value is specified, the access group "All" with recno = 0 will be entered by default
Project	CreateCase-Project	Project number if the case is to be linked to a project. For example, 20-123

Journal entry/Document

Journal status	CreateDocument-Status	Document status in 360°. Can for example be R or J. Must be related to document category, as for example you can not have an incoming document in the status Reserved.
Access code	CreateDocument-AccessCode	The access code for the document / journal entry, e.g. U or UO
Paragraph	CreateDocument-Paragraph	The paragraph associated with the access code. The paragraph is written in its entirety, e.g. "Offl §13 fvl §13". NB! Only relevant if the access code is other than U. Must be exactly the same as a paragraph in the code table "Law" in 360°
Responsible person	If you have written a 6-digit number then it is called ResponsiblePersonRecno. If you have entered text, it is first called on GetContactPersons, and then we get recno in return for hits. This is further used in ResponsiblePersonRecno.	Recno or name of responsible person. Example of recno: 235107
Responsible department	If you have written a 6-digit number then it is called ResponsibleEnterpriseRecno If you have entered text, it is first called on GetEnterprises, and then we get recno in return for hits. This is further used in ResponsibleEnterpriseRecno.	Recno or device name. Example of recno: 200244
Access group	CreateDocument-AccessGroup	Name or recno of the access group to be used. If no value is specified, the access group "All" with recno = 0 will be entered by default.
Document category	CreateDocument-Category	Code value or recno on the category of the document, e.g. I, U or 110
Document archive	CreateDocument-Archive	Code value or recno on the document archive / document type / document profile you are going to use (only relevant if you have several document archives in 360 °). E.g. recno: 2 or Case Document.
Klassering (Classification)	CreateCase-ArchiveCode	Classification system in field no. 1 and then the class code in field no. 2. For example: "Subject-oriented archive key" and "839". Should one have several classifications (e.g. primary and secondary classification) these must be entered in the correct order in the form, and thus get the sorting as primary, secondary etc. In Interact, primary appears at the top of the list, then comes secondary below.

Sender
