NetAxept is an add-on module that allows payment directly in the dialogue. The amount to be charged from the user can either be fixed or be calculated in the dialogue. It is possible either to use a script, retrieve a value from a field in the dialogue or set a fixed value.
Note! Interact does not support payment with Vipps!
Settings
In the field Sum to pay you enter a value, e.g. "= 400", or you can retrieve value from a field in form or use script.
You can set VAT yourself, by default it is 25%.
You will get MerchantId and MerchantToken from NetAxept when you have ordered the solution from them. References are entered in Interact under Settings, the Integrations tab.
The field Own response can be used to name the payments from a dialogue. Go to the dialogue, click on the NetAxept module, and go to the Settings tab.
A different Currency than the default one can be set to a dialogue by changing the selected currency from the dropdown list. Only the currencies supported through your customer relationship with Nets will work, so this should be tested before you publish a dialogue towards clients.

Payment are done as the last step of the dialogue population, regardless of where in the dialogue the NetAxept module has been entered, and only if the result after dialogue population is that an amount is payable.
If a dialogue that requires payment fails, the customer is returned to the dialogue without it being submitted and without a receipt. A submitted form is therefore to be seen as paid. A submitted dialogue will also have a payment receipt built in, so it is very easy to check the payment status by looking at the PDF of the submitted dialogue. Interact also stores all transactions in the database, so you can contact your supplier so that they can check this for you.
