Features

WorkZone app registration: new redirect URIs for WorkZone Client and WorkZone Configurator

WorkZone 2026.1.1 adds new redirect URIs for WorkZone Client and WorkZone Configurator to your WorkZone app registration in Microsoft Entra ID. Apply them before you upgrade, or users will not be able to sign in afterwards.

Get the latest version of the WorkZone app registration script (New-KmdWorkZoneIdentityApp.ps1) and run it against your app registration.

New redirect URIs:

  • WorkZone Client: https://<domain_name>/app/client/redirect.html
  • WorkZone Configurator: https://<domain_name>/app/configurator/redirect.html

Fixed bugs

290290/INC0055348 Fixed an issue in WorkZone 365, where users were unable to save emails with multiple large (at least 5 MB) attachments to WorkZone due to the "Failed to fetch" error.
290291/INC0056668 Fixed a general error with saving emails to WorkZone using WorkZone 365.

WorkZone One

Import contacts from CPR, CVR, or BFE registry

When creating a new WorkZone contact, you can import contacts from the CPR, CVR, or BFE registry to WorkZone. See Create a new contact.

Prerequisite: To import contacts from the CVR, CPR, or BFE registries, you must have relevant registry configured in WorkZone Configurator under Services > Contact synchronization by your WorkZone administrator.

Check out and check in WorkZone documents

You can check out WorkZone documents to prevent other users from editing them while you work, and then check the document in to submit your changes (this will create a new version of the original document). See Check out and check in WorkZone documents.

Fixed bugs

ID Description
291146/INC0058650 Fixed an issue in WorkZone One, where selecting a primary party cleared the Primary party field instead of setting it. Now, the looked-up party is set correctly.
290997/INC0058374 Fixed an issue in WorkZone One, where during the first user's sign-in on a given day, an authentication error could appear and the browser had to be refreshed (sometimes repeatedly, for several minutes) before WorkZone One would load. Now, the sign-in renews the session automatically and recovers without a manual refresh.

GraphQL support for BFE

WorkZone now supports BFE with GraphQL. See Configure BFE.

Replacement of DAWA autocomplete API

DAWA autocomplete API has been replaced with Adressevælgeren. See Required endpoint access.

Synchronization of parental custodians

WorkZone now supports synchronization of parental custodians from Datafordeler. Changes to parental custodians in Datafordeler are synchronized to WorkZone through the Contact update service. To enable this feature, open WorkZone Configurator and go to Services > Contact synchronization > CPR tab, and then enable the Update parental custodians setting. See Contact synchronization.

Synchronization of marital status for CPR contacts

WorkZone now supports synchronization of marital status from Datafordeler. Changes to marital status in Datafordeler are synchronized to WorkZone through the Contact update service. To enable this feature, open WorkZone Configurator and go to Services > Contact synchronization > CPR tab, and then enable the Synchronize marital status setting. See Contact synchronization.

Custom reports

It is now possible to create, edit, and publish custom reports. In WorkZone Configurator, go to PDF > PDF Reports. See PDF reports.
