WorkZone Client configurations

The following configurations can be exported and imported:

Saved searches	Exports saved searches that are used in an organization's dashboard in WorkZone Client. After importing the saved searches into a new WorkZone instance, the searches are owned by the user named WZADMIN. You must reassign the ownership of the imported searches to other users for these users to be able to manage the searches, for example edit, delete, or share the searches. You must have the SEARCHADM access code to reassign saved searches to other users. See Reassign a shared search. If you want your custom tabs (such as saved searches) to be included into your export/import, you must also save these tabs in the organizational configuration, otherwise they will not be imported/exported. Saved searches

Exports saved searches that are used in an organization's dashboard in WorkZone Client.

After importing the saved searches into a new WorkZone instance, the searches are owned by the user named WZADMIN. You must reassign the ownership of the imported searches to other users for these users to be able to manage the searches, for example edit, delete, or share the searches.
You must have the SEARCHADM access code to reassign saved searches to other users. See Reassign a shared search.
If you want your custom tabs (such as saved searches) to be included into your export/import, you must also save these tabs in the organizational configuration, otherwise they will not be imported/exported. See Create a custom tab and Edit a configuration.
